How To Delete Stocard Account

Delete Stocard Membership

Remove all the cards you have added to your Stocard account from the Stocard application.

Follow the steps below to delete your loyalty card or cards in Stocard.

iPhone: Open the Stocard application and click on the card entry you want to delete. Then click the “Edit” button in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Erase Card” at the bottom of the screen.

Android: Open the Stocard app and click on the card entry you want to delete. Then click on the “Options” button (the three dots in the top right corner of your screen) and select “Delete“. If you wish, you can hold down the card you want to delete for two seconds. Then a trash icon will appear in the top right corner of your screen. Click on it to delete your card. This way, you can delete multiple cards at once.

Now make sure to use the mail address linked to your Stocard account to delete your account. To delete your stocard account, first write down your stocard account ID number. Send an email stating that you want to delete your stocard account from our e-mail address registered at support@stocardapp.com. Include your stocard account ID number in the mail. You can also send a screenshot of your stocard account settings page. The Stocard team will cancel your account as soon as possible and then confirm the cancellation.
