How to delete a Busuu account: Busuu is available in Turkish, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, covering four main skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) to more than 100 million students worldwide via the mobile app and website. Provides a total of 12 different language courses in Arabic, Japanese and Chinese.
Founded in 2008, Bussu.com established a partnership with McGraw-Hill Education in 2015. A formal certification system for their students, Busuu and McGraw-Hill Education created tests that offer students the opportunity to certify their language learning. These tests measure how well students have mastered the main topics in A1, A2, B1 or B2 levels, which are the levels of the Common European Language Reference System (CEFR). Students who successfully pass a test receive an official level certificate awarded by McGraw-Hill Education.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?:
A Premium subscription is paid in advance for a specified period of time.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, your subscription will not be renewed again.
Since you pay in advance, you will continue to access Premium features until the subscription you paid has expired, but you will not be charged in any way again.
Access to Premium will continue until the end of your existing subscription.
Busuu Subscription Cancellation:
If you have a subscription in Bussu and want to cancel it, log in to bussu.com and click the “profile > settings > subscription” steps respectively or you will reach the subscription page by clicking the link address below. Bussuu your subscription

If you have subscribed with the iOS App Store, you need to cancel your busuu subscription from your iTunes account. You can find the link explaining how to do it. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht202039
Busuu cannot directly manage or cancel subscriptions created from the App Store.
Only Apple or you can do this. If you have any problems canceling your subscription from your iOS device, contact Apple Customer Service.

How Do I Delete My Busuu Account
To delete our Busuu account, we first log in. Click on “Profile > Settings” or click on the link below.

We go to the bottom of the opened page and click on “Delete my account“.
“Are you sure you want to delete your account?
You will no longer have access to:
- Your stats and progress
- Your exercises and community feedback
If you change your mind in the future you can sign up again with the same email address, but your current learning progress will not be available”
After reading the information, we click the “Yes I’m sure, delete my account”
button and then click “OK“.
Our bussu account has been successfully deleted.
