Refunds for purchases made in the JD Sports Store
Items purchased from a JD Sports Store can be returned to any JD Sports Store within 45 days of the original purchase date.

- Items purchased online at JDSports.com can be returned to any JD Sports store or mailed within 45 days of the original purchase.

Returns in store
The fastest way to return or exchange an item is in one of our stores. To return or exchange an item at the JD Sports Store, please bring the following with you:
- Your original delivery note; and
- Your original method of payment.
- No authorization numbers are required for in-store returns.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Returns by post

– Enter your order number and invoice postal code
– Select the products that you want to return
– Print out your return label
– Send the product or products with the return label
– You will receive a return confirmation by email when your return arrives at JD Sports’s warehouse.
– You will be refunded to your original payment method within 48 hours.
Returning damaged or unordered products
To return damaged or incorrectly shipped products, please contact customer service as soon as possible and no later than 45 days from the original purchase date.
How do I get a refund when I complete a return?
All refunds will be made to your original form of payment or a JD Sports gift card. If you return an item to the JD Sports Store and pay via PayPal, you will receive a cashback.
If we choose to refund even if there is no proof of sale, we will ask for your personal identification and the refund will be made at the current price of the item on a JD Sports gift card.
– Shipping Costs: If you paid the shipping cost for the returned item, unfortunately the shipping cost is non-refundable.
– Refund Time for Items Returned by Post: If you paid for a returned item by credit card, your account will be credited within 14 business days. Depending on the issuing bank and / or billing cycle, this may appear on your next account statement.
How can I cancel or change an order?
Due to our automated fulfillment processes in real time, the time frame for cancellations or changes is very short. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If your order has been successfully canceled in whole or in part, we will send you an email for your records.
For order changes, once your order has been confirmed, no changes or orders will be added to the order without attempting to cancel.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. In such a case, simply return the order upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable for shipped orders.
I signed up for email updates. How can I unsubscribe?
Simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every JD Sports email you receive. You can also opt out of promotional emails by editing your email preferences in “Your Account” online at JDSports.com.
Even if you choose to receive email updates, you will still receive transactional emails for purchases you have made.
How To Delete JD Sports Account
You cannot delete your JD Sports membership via the website or the mobile app.
Send an email from your registered email account to onlinehelp@jdSports.co.uk or firstname.lastname@example.org and request deletion of your JD Sports account. Be sure to include your “NAME, D.O.B., EMAIL, BILLING ADDRESS” in the email you send.
