Location (Approximate location and Exact location), Personal information (Name, User IDs and Sexual orientation), Financial information, Messages, Photos and videos, Audio (Speech or audio recordings, Music files and Other audio files), Files and documents, Contacts , Application information and performance and Send an email to feedback@neepal.com with your membership details to delete your data such as Device or other IDs
Cancel Neeo Premium Subscription
*IMPORTANT* Your Neeo VIP membership does not expire by terminating your Twinme Premium subscription, logging out of the application or removing the application from your device or deactivating your account.
To avoid renewing your Neeo subscription, you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your subscription expires. You can turn off automatic renewal in your Google Play-App Store account settings.
Whichever payment method you used to make your purchase (Play Store, App Store or other payment methods), you must cancel your Neeo subscription with the same method.
You must do this at least 24 hours before your Neeo subscription renews.
Cancel Neeo Subscription on Google Play Store:
* Google Play Store from your Android device. open.
* Check if you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
* Tap Menu Subscriptions.
* Choose the Neeo subscription.
* Tap cancel subscription.
Cancel Neeo Subscription on Your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch:
* Open the Settings app.
* Tap your name.
*Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.)
* Choose the Neeo subscription.
* Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see the Cancel Subscription option, the subscription has already been canceled and will not be renewed.

How To Delete Neeo Account
There is no way to delete Neeo Messenger account. Tap your profile photo in the upper left corner. Tap sign out from the options that pop up and continue. Your Neeo account has been closed.
