OfficeSuite Premium Membership Cancellation
If you have an OfficeSuite Premium subscription, your OfficeSuite Premium subscription will not expire by uninstalling the application or logging out.
Whichever payment method you made your purchase with (Play Store or Credit Card etc.), you must cancel your OfficeSuite Premium subscription using the same method.
You must cancel OfficeSuite at least 24 hours before your subscription renews.
Canceling a Subscription on Google Play Store:
* Google Play Store from Android device. open.
* Check if you are signed in to Google Account.
* Tap Menu> Subscriptions.
* Choose an OfficeSuite subscription.
* Tap Cancel subscription.
Unsubscribing on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch:
* Open the Settings app.
* Tap your name.
* Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions”, tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions.)
* Tap the subscription you want to manage. Don’t see the subscription you’re looking for?
* Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see the Cancel Subscription option, the subscription has already been canceled and won’t renew.
Delete OfficeSuite Account
Before you delete your OfficeSuite account, you should know;
“The deletion is irreversible. You will permanently delete all user data, including but not limited to the following:
Name, E-mail address, Password, Subscriptions, Phone numbers, User settings, Photo, Contacts, Files on MobiDrive, Chats. ”
If your OfficeSuite premium membership is canceled or you don’t have a premium account, we can proceed with the OfficeSuite account deletion.
From Mobile Application
To permanently delete your OfficeSuite account from the mobile app, follow the steps below in order.
– Open the OfficeSuite mobile app and click “profile > more settings > edit account > delete”
Enter your OfficeSuite user password and click the “Delete Account” button.
Your OfficeSuite account has been deleted.
From the Website
To permanently delete your OfficeSuite account from the website, follow the steps below in order.
– https://accounts.mobisystems.com/edit-account click on the link and login with your username – password.
– Then follow the steps of “edit account> delete> Delete Account“.
Your OfficeSuite account has been deleted.
If you registered with a Facebook account;
If you have registered with your Facebook account, you also need to do the following steps.
– Click the icon in the top right corner of Facebook.
– Select Settings and Privacy, then click Settings.
– Click “Applications and Websites” in the menu on the left.
– Select the box next to the game or app you want to uninstall.
Click Uninstall.
