You cannot delete your Snapchat account through the mobile application. Sign in to https://www.snapchat.com/ with your username and password and follow the steps below.
1- Click on https://accounts.snapchat.com/accounts/delete_account to go to the delete page as soon as possible after logging in.
2- The following explanation appears.

How so, are you leaving us?
If you are sure you want to delete your account, enter your username and password below and click Continue.
Your account will be disabled, so your friends will no longer be able to contact you on Snapchat. Your account will be deleted after 30 days. If you want to reactivate your account before being deleted, simply log in to Snapchat.
