How To Delete ZEE5 Account: ZEE5 was released in India by Zee Entertainment Enterprises on February 14, 2018, with content in 12 languages. The ZEE5 mobile app is available on Web, Smart TV, iOS and Android, among other devices.
ZEE5 has 76.4 million active users today. Zee5 is a paid video service on demand.
ZEE5 Premium Membership Cancel
If you have a ZEE5 premium membership, you need to cancel your premium membership before closing your account.
If you do not wish to automatically renew your subscription at any point, you can cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription period.
If you made your subscription using which payment method (JCB, American Express, Master Card, VISA, Express Pay, Maestro, App Store, Google Play Store), you need to cancel with the same method.
If you decide to cancel your ZEE5 subscription, follow one of the steps below.
For Non-Recurring / One-Time Subscriptions:
Your subscription will automatically expire on the last day of your subscription. Your subscription will not be renewed and you will not be charged.
For Recurring / Auto-Renew Subscriptions:
To cancel your recurring subscription with ZEE5, click on the following applicable to you:
Canceling your ZEE5 subscription purchased with Debit Card / Credit Card / Paytm:
Click https://www.zee5.com/myprofile/plans to cancel your ZEE5 subscription that you purchased with Debit Card / Credit Card / Paytm. You can do it from the “My Subscriptions” page that opens.

In Android Application:
1. Touch the 3 horizontal lines located in the upper left corner of the screen
2. Under “My Account“, click on “My Active Plans”
3. Click “Cancel Subscription” below your current active subscription
4. Click “Yes” on the confirmation screen.
On Website (Mobile):
1. Touch the 3 horizontal lines located in the upper right corner of the screen
2. Tap “My Account”
3. Tap “My Subscription”
4. Click “Cancel Subscription” below your current active subscription
5. Click “Yes” on the confirmation screen.
On the Website (Desktop / Laptop):
1. Click the “Contact / Profile” icon in the upper right corner of the screen
2. Click on “My Subscription”
3. Click “Cancel Subscription” below your current active subscription
4. Click “Yes” on the confirmation screen.
Your subscription will expire on the last day of your subscription’s validity period.
Cancel Your ZEE5 Subscription Purchased Using Apple iTunes
To cancel your ZEE5 subscription purchased using Apple iTunes, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings on your iPhone
2.Tap on iTunes and then App Store option
3. Tap on your Apple ID and select View Apple ID in the popup.
4. Enter your password for your Apple ID
5. Tap “Subscriptions” and search for “ZEE5”
6. Under “ZEE5”, tap Disable Subscription
Your subscription will expire on the last day of your subscription’s validity period.
Cancel Your ZEE5 Subscription Purchased Using Google Play
To cancel your ZEE5 subscription purchased using Google Play, follow these steps:
1. Go to Google Play Store
2. Tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top left and select “Subscriptions”
3.Click on ZEE5 subscription
4. Click “Cancel”
Your subscription will expire on the last day of your subscription’s validity period.
How Do I Delete My ZEE5 Account
It is not possible to delete your ZEE5 account via the website or mobile application. If you have a ZEE5 subscription, cancel your subscription first. After unsubscribing, send a mail to support.eu@zee5.com with your e-mail address registered in ZEE5.

Message: Please permanently delete my ZEE5 account and all my information
