Jumia Account Deletion
Jumia is an e-commerce platform for electronics, fashion and more. It was founded in 2012 by two French former McKinsey members Sacha Poignonnec and Jeremy Hodara, who specialize in e-commerce. Jumia.com is Nigeria’s largest online shopping site and has more than 15 million monthly visitors in 14 countries including Nigeria in Africa. We describe the jumia account deletion process for each country, which has separate websites for Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Tunisia, Algeria, Cameroon, Ghana, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
In order to delete our Jumia.com membership within the site, we need to contact customer representatives. We need to fill in the form to contact the customer representative. However, there is no option to “delete my account” on the form. We need to write it in the message section. Customer representative will call us back within 2 or 3 business days after submitting the form.
