Letgo is a company that provides a website and application that allows users to purchase, sell and chat with others locally. Was established in January 2015. Letgo account deletion is explained below with the website and app
Erase Over The Site
If you want to delete your Letgo account through the site, first sign in to letgo and click on “Tech support & bug reports” and fill out the contact form from the pop-up window.
On-Application Deletion
First, we sign in through the application. Click on the “Profile” tab at the top left, the “Settings” tab at the top right, then go to the bottom of the page that opens and click on the “Help” tab.
– After clicking on the Help tab, we click on the “Technical support & error report” at the bottom of the screen.
We fill out and submit the form

· How can I verify my account?
Verified users make better deals! Make sure to earn Verification Badges by improving your Verification Score. To see how many verification points you’ve earned, go to your profile. To earn more points, tap the “Improve your verification score” button. You’ll see a list of available verification options which you can complete to get more points.
· How can I find the products I posted?
Check the “Selling” tab in the Listings/Your listings section. If you just posted, your listing will be live shortly! Remember that adding a title and a detailed description will make it easier for prospective buyers to find your listings.
· How do I edit my listings?
Go to the “Selling” tab of the Listings/Your listings section, select the listing you want to edit and tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner. You can edit listings to add or change photos, provide a title (or edit the automatically generated title), description, category, location, and price.
· How do I delete my account?
We certainly don’t want to see you go, and we’d love to know what we can do to improve your letgo experience. But if you’re sure, email us saying you’d like to permanently delete your account and we’ll take care of it for you.
· Why was my listing removed?
You can buy and sell almost anything on letgo, but there are a few exceptions. Make sure you’re not attempting to post something that’s on our list of prohibited items. We remove listings flagged as duplicates if you post them several times, but also if the photos have been used in listings posted by other sellers.
· Will letgo add more categories?
We’re constantly making updates to the app so more categories may be added in the future. In the meantime, select the category that fits the best or put your listing in the “Other” category. Keep in mind that buyers also use filters and search by keyword to find listings, so make sure your listing has a title and a detailed description that will help potential buyers find it!
· How do I report abuse?
We’re sorry to hear you’ve been a possible victim of a fraudulent or offensive user on our app. Please report this user through the letgo Android or iOS app so we can investigate further and take appropriate action.
· Go to the user’s profile
· Tap the three dots in the upper right corner
· Select “Report User”
· Choose one of the reasons and add an optional comment
· Press send and we’ll receive your report and look into it
If you need information about a letgo user for a police investigation, ask the officer handling your case to send us an email to lawenforcement@letgo.com and we will gladly cooperate by providing all relevant details.”
