How Does Cabify work?
1. Order or book your journey. Open the app and let us know where you are and where you want to go. Choose the type of vehicle you want to travel
2. Confirm your journey. Cabify will tell you all the details of the car and the driver and how far they are.
3. Know the estimated price before you travel. Thanks to the virtual taximeter, you are informed about how much you will pay from driving even when you take a taxi. You can choose the payment method that suits you best. (credit or debit card, cash, PayPal…).
4. You can send your trip information to your family or friends so they know where you are at any time so you feel more confident.
How Do I Delete My Cabify Account
You can delete your Cabify account with the help of the mobile application.
Open the Cabify mobile app and follow the steps below.
– Open the menu and press ‘Help‘.
– Scroll down the page and select ‘I want to contact cabify’
– Select ‘My Account‘.
– Select ‘I want to delete my account‘.
– If you want your Cabify user data to be deleted, type “Please delete my user data” on the next screen and continue.
– Click on the ‘Submit‘ button.
To you; they will send an email requesting your user information. Reply to the e-mail. Your Cabify account will be deleted.
