How Do I Delete My Easy Taxi Account

You can delete your Easy Taxi account with the help of the mobile application.

Open the Easy Taxi mobile app and follow the steps below.

– Open the menu and press ‘Help‘.
– Scroll down the page and select ‘I want to contact cabify’
– Select ‘My Account‘.
– Select ‘I want to delete my account‘.
– If you want your Easy Taxi user data to be deleted, type “Please delete my user data” on the next screen and continue.
– Click on the ‘Submit‘ button.

To you; they will send an email requesting your user information. Reply to the e-mail. Your Easy Taxi account will be deleted.
