Deleting our H&M Account from a Website
– We sign in and click https://www2.hm.com/en_us/settings/leave-hm and read the following information
” If you still want to leave H&M, please read to the end so you don’t miss out on the benefits.
You’ll not be able to log in with your account.
Your account will be erased, meaning that personal data related to you will be blocked, removed, deleted or anonymized.
Online orders
Once your data is erased, you’ll not be able to reclaim via the regular channel. Refund for return of faulty goods may still be granted and given via bank transfer, please contact Customer Service with original order confirmation.
Hindrances
Due to legal reasons the erasure process is subject to H&M internal hindrance rules. Until hindrances are cleared, your data will not be erased and you will not be able to use the same email address to register a new account. You are always welcome to shop with us via guest check out.
We’ll try to process your request as soon as possible and may be in touch if needed.
Once the erasure process is started, you will not be able to log in to your account any more. The erasure request is a password-protected process that only you will have access to.
Credit Base Payment (payment slip in parcel, monthly invoice, monthly instalment): Before your data can be cleansed, open balance (debit or credit) must be cleared. If you wish to shop with us using credit again, you must apply for and be approved new credit.”
