How to send a message to another user
Go to the profile of the person or company and click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner. Then select Send Message.
How do I create a business account?
The Playsee dynamic is very useful for companies that want to upload content, indicate their location, and highlight the experience they can offer their customers.
Creating a business account is free and you can do it on this website or from a personal account by clicking the three-line menu (top right corner) and then selecting Change Profile > Upgrade to Business Account. Then fill out the form with your business details.
With a business account, you have access to new features and tools like Playsee Ads, which you can use to choose a budget for incentives.
Cancel Playsee Premium Subscription
Your Playsee VIP membership does not end by terminating your Playsee Premium membership, session in the app, or removing the app from your device or deactivating your account.
To avoid renewing your Playsee Pro subscription, you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your subscription expires. You can turn off automatic renewal in your Google Play-App Store account settings.
Whichever payment method you used to make your purchase (Play Store, App Store or other payment methods), you must cancel your Playsee Pro subscription with the same method. You must do this at least 24 hours before your Playsee Pro subscription is renewed.
Cancel Playsee Pro Subscription on Google Play Store:
* Google Play Store from your Android device. open.
* Check if you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
* Tap Menu Subscriptions.
* Select Playsee subscription.
* Tap cancel subscription.
Cancel Playsee Pro Subscription on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch:
* Open the Settings app.
* Tap your name.
*Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions”, tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.)
* Select Playsee subscription.
* Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see the Cancel Subscription option, the subscription has already been canceled and will not be renewed.
How To Delete Playsee Account
It is not possible to delete the Playsee account using the application. contact@playsee.co
Send an e-mail to the e-mail address that you want to delete your account. Change your profile information, delete anything you’ve posted, sign in again and uninstall the app. If you don’t log in, playsee will delete your account anyway.
Removing Facebook App Permissions:
– Click on the menu from the top right corner of Facebook.
– Select Settings & Privacy and then click “Settings“.
– Click on Apps and Websites from the left menu.
– Click the box next to the apps or games you want to remove.
Click Remove.
– After you uninstall the app or game, the app or game cannot be posted on your timeline. If you’re still seeing an old post, you can remove it.
Google Allowed Apps:
– Sign in to your Gmail account and click https://myaccount.google.com/u/3/permissions
– Select the application or service you want to remove.
– Select Remove Access.
