How To Delete Yumy Account: Yumy is an application that allows users to randomly match, video and chat online. With the Yumy app, you can video chat randomly with users around the world or swipe profiles to chat with people.
*IMPORTANT* Your Yumy Premium membership does not end by logging out of the app or removing the app from your device or deactivating your account.
Cancel Yumy Premium Subscription
To avoid renewing your Yumy membership, you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your subscription expires. You can turn off automatic renewal in your Google Play-App Store account settings.
Whichever payment method you used to make your purchase (Play Store, App Store or other payment methods), you must cancel your Yumy subscription with the same method.
You must do this at least 24 hours before your Yumy subscription is renewed.
Cancel Yumy Subscription on Google Play Store:
* Google Play Store from your Android device. open.
* Check if you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
* Tap Menu Subscriptions.
* Choose Yumy subscription.
* Tap cancel subscription.
Cancel Yumy Subscription on Your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch:
* Open the Settings app.
* Tap your name.
*Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.)
* Choose Yumy subscription.
* Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see the Cancel Subscription option, the subscription has already been canceled and will not be renewed.
Also, if you are logging into the Yumy platform with facebook or google, follow the instructions below.
If you are logging in with Facebook:
– Click on the menu from the top right corner of Facebook.
– Select Settings & Privacy and then click “Settings”.
– Click on Apps and Websites from the left menu.
– Click the box next to the apps or games you want to remove.
-Click on Uninstall.
– After you uninstall the app or game, the app or game cannot be posted on your timeline. If you’re still seeing an old post, you can remove it.
If you’re logging in with Google Mail:
– Sign in to your Gmail account and copy the link https://myaccount.google.com/u/3/permissions and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
– Select the application or service you want to remove.
– Select Remove Access.
How To Delete Yumy Account
It is not possible to delete a Yumy account with the help of the application. However, according to user conditions
“The Service is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18) and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen as part of the Service. If we become aware that we have unintentionally received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of eighteen as part of the Service, we will delete that information from our records.”
“These Services are not addressed to anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If I discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided me with personal information, I will delete it from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.”
According to these terms, send a mail to contact.yumy.io@gmail.com – yumylive@gmail.com and notify that you are under 18 or your child under 13 is using Yumy app with user information and request account deletion.
They need to delete your account and data as per above terms
