How To Cancel Babbel Subscription
NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS: If you close your Babbel account before canceling your subscription or before your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to access the courses you subscribed to, but there may be other fees as canceling your Babbel account does not occur automatically.
Terminate your subscription: To avoid this situation and make sure you can use your subscription until it ends, you must cancel your subscription and “close your Babbel account only after your subscription ends.”

Go to www.babbel.com and log in and
– Select Profile and Settings
– Click on Account Information
– Click the cancel auto-renewal button
– You will receive cancellation confirmation at the email address associated with your account.
If you pay through the Apple App Store
– Go to Settings on your iPhone or IPad
– Tap on iTunes and App Store
– Click on your Apple ID.
– Tap View Apple ID and sign in if necessary
– Tap Subscriptions
– Click on the subscription to Babbel
– Select Cancel
If you pay through the Google Play Store
– Open Google Play Store
– Confirm that you are logged into the correct Google account
– Tap Menu Subscriptions
– Choose Babbel subscription
– Tap Unsubscribe
How Do I Delete My Babbel Account
If you have unsubscribed or want to delete your Babbel account without subscribing like me, we have explained how to do this below.
Once you delete your Babbel account, your learning history and stored vocabulary will be permanently deleted in your vocabulary.
Now log in to babbel.com with your username and password from your computer and click the https://my.babbel.com/en/user-profile/settings link address or copy and paste it into the address bar of your web browser to quickly go to the delete page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete your Babbel account“.
We click the “Ok” button and click the mail button sent by Babbel to our e-mail address and your Babbel account will be permanently deleted.
