The personal GoToMeeting subscription plan is set to automatically renew monthly and annually at the end of the billing period. The billing officer in the account can cancel the next payment at any time or reactivate it at any time.
To unsubscribe from GoToMeeting, follow the steps below.
– Login to the billing center at https://billing.logmeininc.com and click “Subscriptions” and then click “Cancel Subscription“.
– Review the information in the confirmation window and click “Yes, Cancel“.
– When your subscription plan expires, a confirmation message will appear and an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Click “Close” in the confirmation window.
