How To Delete Tandem Account: Tandem was started by three friends in 2015. Their mission is to create a global language learning community that encourages anyone to speak any language, anywhere.
Tandem has 10 million members from all over the world. You can chat with other members by text, voice and video and help them learn new languages.
Tandem is a language exchange community with millions of members. With Tandem, you can take your language learning to the next level and work with native speakers to practice.
Note that deleting your Tandem account will not cancel your Tandem Pro subscription.
Tandem Pro Subscription Cancellation
If you have a Tamdem Pro subscription, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription expires to avoid renewal. You can turn off automatic renewal from your Google Play- App Store account settings.
If you have a Tandem Premium membership, your Tandem VIP membership will not expire by logging out of the app or uninstalling the app from your device.
Whatever payment method you made your purchase with (Play Store, App Store or other payment methods), you must cancel your Tandem Pro subscription with the same method.
You must cancel this at least 24 hours before your Tandem Pro subscription is renewed.
Tandem Pro Subscription Cancellation Through Google Play Store:
* Google Play Store from your Android device. open.
* Check if you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
* Tap Menu Subscriptions.
* Select the subscription you want to cancel.
* Tap Cancel subscription.
How to Cancel Tandem Pro Subscription on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch:
* Open the Settings app.
* Tap your name.
* Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions”, tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions.)
* Tap the subscription you want to manage.
* Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see the Cancel Subscription option, the subscription has already been canceled and won’t renew.
How Do I Delete My Tandem Account
If you canceled your Tandem Pro subscription or if you do not have a PRO subscription, we may proceed to delete the Tandem account.
Open the application and click on Profile -> Settings -> Delete my account steps, and you can permanently delete the Tandem account.
If your application has not yet been accepted into the Tandem community, you can delete your application yourself after waiting 7 days. Just click the “Cancel My Application” button and the information you provided in your application will be deleted.
